This version of slackware contains libc 5.4.44, the 2.0.34 Linux kernel (plus source for many other versions in the source tree, including version 0.01 :^) and XFree86 3.3.2.2. This system uses and builds ELF binaries by default, but full support has been retained for running and compiling the old a.out binaries as well. You can use the MSDOS view program to browse the files on this disc. The view program also contains our full-word search program. The full word search program will instantly find a search word in any file on the disc.
